Attorneys general have long been involved in various aspects of tech policy. They have maintained an active presence in both consumer protection and antitrust dealt with in previous Chapters.
In the fall of 2017, the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University launched an "AGTech Forum" to foster collaborative engagement among state attorneys general, technology companies, academics, and other stakeholders about innovation, corporate citizenship, and regulation.
