Below you will find the current Certificate of Incorporation of Meta Platforms. Meta, as you will likely know, used to be known as Facebook, Inc. The current certificate was amended in October 2021 to change the name of the corporation from Facebook to Meta Platforms. In all other respects, the certificate is the same as the previous certificate for Facebook.
