Comm. v. Navient - Opposition Brief to Navient's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings

In a last ditch effort to stop the Commonwealth's lawsuit from proceeding to trial, Navient argued that a U.S. Supreme Court decision involving the CFPB should be read to block the state AGs' authority to enforce the CFP Act. What do you think?
