Gunman Found Criminally Responsible for Killing 5 at Paper
On June 28th, 2018, a gunman killed 5 people at the offices of the Capital Gazette. The gunman, Jarrod Ramos, claimed an insanity defense, but a jury has since rejected it and has established that he was criminally responsible for his actions and can be sentenced to prison.
