You will revisit laws we worked with and you will parse and apply the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct with commentary. Discuss only what is pertinent to the problem. You will squirm. These are the kinds of problems many lawyers confront in practice. Read from your perspective and audience perspective before submitting.
