In class on February 19th, we will complete our discussion of the materials assigned for the previous week, including the briefings papers on the Continuing Resolutions and the Budget Control Act of 2011. We will also discuss the Starve the Beast chapter. The only additional readings for today's class are two recent reports outlining proposals for reforming the congressional budget process. Which, if any, of the reforms suggested in these reports would you support?
