Class Fifteen: Thursday, April 2, 2015
For today's class, we will read another chapter from Fiscal Challenges: David Super's chapter on Federal-State Budgetary Interactions. In addition, there is a Briefing Papre on Unfunded Mandates. The student presentation will be Tharuni's paper on Conditional Spending, which will be posted on Tuesday, March 31st. As background only, a copy of the Supreme Court's Sebelius decision from 2012 is also posted. Please note: Class today and for the next four weeks will begin at 10:00 am.
