Class Twenty-One: Thursday, April 23, 2015
We will begin today's class with a discussion of Taylor's draft briefing paper on capital budgeting. We will then discuss a number of issues related to comparative budget policy. Two briefing papers on the topic are included as background reading. You should feel free to skim these papers relatively quickly, depending on your interests in the subjects covered. Sebastian will offer additioanl comparative perspectives on the materials we've covered this semester. Again, today's class will begin at 10:00 am.
