In today's class, there are two reading assignments.  The first is a recent CRFB paper on budget process reforms and the second a proposal for the creation of a regulatory budget.  Based on your studies this past semester, consider which, if any, of these reform proposals you would support.  Be prepared to explain why.  In addition, please give some thought to which of the assignments for this semester you found most useful and also which you found least rewarding.  I will be teaching a 12-class version of the course next January and would appreciate your suggestions as to how best to slim down the materials.
