By Claude Francis Garrett, JUSTICE DENIED: THE MAGAZINE FOR THE WRONGLY CONVICTED (ISSUE 57- SPRING 2014)
Claude Garrett was convicted for setting a fire that killed his wife. The case bears some similarities to Willingham’s case and similarly reveals problems with arson investigation. This short article provides Mr. Garrett’s own description of the fire and his case.
Because it is a PDF it is posted on Moodle under "Class 19."
