State Department: Immigrant Visa Process

Note: This is the process for when the non-citizen is outside of the U.S. If the non-citizen is in the U.S., the process is an I-130 family petition and an I-485 adjustment of status application. So basicaly instead of the DS-260, you'd file the I-485. We'll discuss this more in class.
