Pollock v. Williams

1. Isn't this the worst possible case for the habeas petitioner. 1) He pled guilty. Usually that waives constitutional rights. 2) Florida wasn't enforcing the presumption. 3) There's no evidence the presumption scared him. And, yet, he wins 7-2. What does that say?
