Motion from James "Whitey" Bulger case
Whitey Bulger is an infamous figure who, according to Wikipedia, spent 12 years on the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list: Bulger was second, behind only Osama bin Laden. [<3]
§ In this motion, Bulger is asking for photographs to be excluded under Rule 403.
§ It provides a simple and concrete example of the kind of 403 argument litigants make.
