Asian Exclusion: What does it mean to be Asian?

This chapter will examine a series of cases that considered whether potential immigrants from various areas could be classified as "White."

Note:  While the I dislike capitalizing the word "White," well-thought out opinions, expressed in pieces such as Time to Capitalize 'Black'—And 'White' - The Atlantic, have won me over.  However, capitalization from original sources, including cases, statutes, and articles, have been left as they were in the original.
