Of note, rates should have been reset now by the CRB, per the Phonorecord III process, but there have been multiple legal battles between the CRB, the DIMA (who represents digital music services), and the NMPA (representing publishers and songwriters). As of Nov. 4, 2020, the process is still not resolved.
